While I appreciate this new website very much I would like to point out that for people like me with bad eyes the black background is not easy to work with. Is there a way to change colors of background?
Thanks so much for letting me know! I totally get that the dark background can be tough on the eyes. The good news is the forum does support both light and dark themes — I just haven’t polished the light one yet. I’ll work on getting that option available so you can pick whichever feels best for you.
In the meantime, you can bump up the font size in your preferences to make reading a little easier.
Just so you know, while I’m comfortable with the coding side of things, I’m not exactly a wizard with colors and design. Luckily, two of my kids are in professions that are! I’m trying to bribe them into helping me make everything look much nicer!

Ute, I promised I’d work on this and… well, ask and ye shall receive!
The light theme is now polished and ready to go. You may already be seeing it as the default, but if not you want to switch modes at any time. Simply click that sun/moon icon in the top menu bar - you can choose Light, Dark, or Auto (which follows your device’s settings).
I’d love to hear if the light mode works better for your eyes. Let me know!
