Organizing CVG - Thoughts on Subcategories?

I’m thinking about adding some subcategories to CVG to keep things organized as construction rolls out and more people sign up. Here’s what I am considering:

Plans: Service plans, pricing, comparing options, billing questions, speed discussions

Photos: A place to share photos of the construction process, boring equipment, or your install experience. I would love to have those documented as this is historic infrastructure for our village.

Construction: Timeline updates, what’s happening in your area, road closures, boring schedules

General: Everything that doesn’t fit elsewhere

Does this make sense? Am I missing anything? Should there be a separate category for troubleshooting or technical support?

I want this to be useful for everyone as CVG rolls through Gates Mills over the next year. If you have thoughts on how to organize this better, now is the time to speak up.
